Freight Shipping

Pressure washers are too heavy to be shipped by a courier like UPS, FedEx, or Purolator.

This means your order will be delivered by a semi-truck.

• Commercial address with a dock or forklift:
• choose the "Free Shipping"option during the checkout process.
• Residential address or commercial address without a dock or forklift:
• choose the "Residential Curb-Side Freight" option during the checkout process..

The $50 charge for "Residential Curb-Side Freight" includes:

• Residential delivery.
• A lift-gateto safely lower the order to the curb at the end of the driveway.
• The carrier dispatch will contact you to make an appointment.

All freight deliveries do come with a tracking number and are insured. This information will be updated to your order details and emailed to you once the order is picked up.

Restrictions:

• Some locations in Northern and Rural areas of Canada may not qualify for free shipping.
• Someone will contact you to offer a shipping quote if shipping options are limited.
