Suttner ST-160 downstream low pressure soap and chemical injector.

5000psi Maximum Rated Pressure

  • 194° F degrees maximum (foaming is best below 160° F)
  • 9mm Barb works with 1/4" chemical hose.
  • 10 metering / dosing nozzles included.
  • 3/8" Male Outlet x 3/8" Female Inlet


    • Suttner dosing nozzles. Used to control chemical draw.

    Will not draw soap at high pressure.

    Choose the ST60 injector model that is the closest match to the high pressure nozzle orifice size of the pressure washer without going under.

    Round up rather than round down. ie:

    • 4.0gpm 4000psi is #04.0 Nozzle orifice - ST-60 Model = 200160505 #04.0
    • 8.0gpm 3000psi is #09.0 Nozzle orifice - ST-60 Model = 200160540 #09.0
