Cost of Shipping:

• FREE FREIGHT for a commercial address as well!*
• *bulk orders and large pressure washers only
• A $50 fee does apply to residential freight deliveries.
• This $50 fee includes:
• Residential curb-side tailgate delivery.
• Appointment delivery.

Duration of Shipping(excluding freight deliveries): 

• Free shipping is by post office and is standard mail or expedited parcel.
• We may substitute for a courier and use their ground service at our discretion.
• Most orders are shipped from our location in Surrey BC Canada and a general rule of thumb is:
• Shipping Time = 1 day handling + 1 day per province.
• We may ship direct from the manufactures warehouse if necessary.

Handling Time: 

• Generally if orders are placed before 11am Pacific Time we are able to get the order processed and shipped the same day.
• Tracking may not be available for some orders until the next day.
• Some orders may have split shipments that will arrive separately and multiple tracking numbers will be provided.
• Orders can take up to 3 days to pick, pack and ship in some cases.

Restrictions:

• Some locations in Northern and Rural areas of Canada may not qualify for free shipping.
• Someone will contact you to offer a shipping quote if shipping options are limited.
• Orders less than $100 ship for a flat rate of $19.95 + tax.
