We hope your experience with us has been perfect and we want you to be 100% happy with your order.  Should you encounter any problem with an order please contact us and we will reply as soon as possible.  All returns & refunds are handled on an individual basis.  Shipping costs are not refundable.

No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization (RGA), please contact us.

To return the item to us, write your RGA number on the outside of the box and ship prepaid using the most convenient shipping method available to you.  We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Some items include free shipping, however a returned product will have the outgoing shipping charges deducted from the refund.

Unopened merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Opened merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, a 25% restocking fee will apply to cover inspection, testing and repackaging expenses.

Engines and/or equipment that have had gas or oil installed cannot be returned due to shipping regulations.  Contact us for your nearest authorized service centre.

Special order items cannot be returned for refund.

Missing parts need to reported within 24 hrs of delivery.

Defective products are not something we have a reputation for selling.  If you suspect that your product is defective please contact us so we can try to solve any issues.  Products should be tested upon delivery.

All Pressure Washers, Pumps, Repair Parts and Accessories should be installed by a qualified technician or mechanic. ATPRO Powerclean assumes no liability for damage to equipment or property from neglect or incorrect installation. If you are unsure about the installation of your equipment you can contact us and we can recommend a contractor in your local area to install the equipment purchased.

Shipping damage is rare but in some instances you may suspect that damage has occurred because the packaging may look battered.  If you suspect that there may be damage to the enclosed product please indicate the damage to the driver and in his presence note "suspect freight damage" on the delivery receipt.  If you later discover the product is damaged the freight claim will be much easier to process.

Extreme packaging damage needs to be refused.  If your product arrives damaged please DO NOT SIGN for the delivery and contact us immediately so we can process the claim and coordinate a replacement.
